For Existing Investors – Trade Confirmation & Security
Existing investors may use the Buy/Sell Order Form to provide written instructions for their buy and sell orders. The completed and signed form should be submitted to the office on a daily basis for trade confirmation and record-keeping.
Maintaining signed order records provides an additional layer of protection for investors and helps safeguard against unauthorized trading activities.
DSE Mobile Apps Registration Form
Trade Directly Through DSE Mobile Trading Apps
Use the DSE Mobile Apps Registration Form to register and activate your mobile trading facility with the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
Once registered, investors can access the DSE-approved mobile trading facility and place buy/sell orders directly from their registered mobile device, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Fund Withdrawl Form
Request Withdrawal of Funds from Your Trading Account
Investors can request withdrawal of available funds by completing the Fund Withdrawal Form. The form must be duly completed, signed, and submitted to the nearest Padma Bank Securities PLC branch/office.
Upon processing, the requested amount will be transferred automatically through BEFTN (Bangladesh Electronic Funds Transfer Network) to the investor's registered bank account.
BO Modification Form
Update Your CDBL BO Account Information
Use the BO Modification Form to request changes or corrections to personal information recorded in your CDBL BO Account.
Investors may use this form when any registered information—such as contact details, address, bank information, or other applicable BO account information—needs to be updated.
The completed and signed form, along with the required supporting documents, should be submitted to Padma Bank Securities PLC for processing.
